Jaiden Allard

Jaiden graduated from Victoria’s West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in December of 2020, and successfully passed all her registration exams in 2021. She enjoys using a variety of different massage techniques in her treatments including general swedish, deep tissue, trigger point release, myofascial release, pin and stretch and joint mobilization.

After being in a car accident in 2017, Jaiden discovered massage therapy through her recovery journey. Once she had experienced how much massage therapy accompanied her rehabilitation it sparked her desire to help others in their own healing process.

In her spare time Jaiden enjoys going to the gym, playing softball and hiking. She also has years of experience in boxing, kickboxing and MMA. Throughout her life she has always been described as a calm and methodical person. Jaiden is excited to be part of your health journey :)
